Locally — Convert “localhost” URLs into QR Codes.

@rrhoover please 🙏🏻 add QR codes to iOS app PH pages. After Apple have discontinued the option to download iOS apps on macOS it's really a a bit of an effort to have to send link to mobile, launch AppStore and then download when it could be so easy. Add a shotcode and simply http://www.redmondpie.com/how-to... 😄

It would be brilliant if Apple were to include shotcodes on iOS app pages.
