I've won more then $1000 playing long game - it's a fun way to kill time in a lyft line, and the incentive to have more coins to play with caused me to increase my monthly savings 5-fold!

Pros:

They've helped increase my savings from $2000 to $5500

This seems interesting. Prize-linked savings accounts, while popular outside the US, often fall under the umbrella of gambling and therefore is outlawed in most US states. I'm curious if this is able to actually navigate the legal issues because it ultimately could be a benefit to the 40% of lower-income Americans who buy lottery tickets or the 65% of Americans who have $1k or less of savings. I imagine there's a lot of crossover between those two statistics as well. Question for @lindsayholden Is this limited to ~20 states that have legalized PLSAs? @codybrom, Hey thanks for the question - Great points. We're excited about any initiatives that help consumers move away from gambling and into financially beneficial products/services. We operate in all states under sweepstakes law, but of course, supported by/supportive of PLSA legislation on the federal and state level.
