Hey Product Hunt! πŸ‘‹ Jan and me noticed that we are doing the same copy and paste actions every day when we are working on our projects. For example we often times copy a userID, open the database, paste the uID in the database query, open a new tab, pasting the uID in the storage query and so on... That is repetitive and slow. πŸ”¨ So we decided to build Look up Pro. Look up Pro is like the normal mac native Look up, but optimised for queries and speed. This is how it works: 1. Copy text - ⌘C 2. Open Look up Pro - ⌘Y 3. Open website.com/search?q={{clipboard}} - ⌘W We noticed that there are a lot more use-cases. 🌎 Searching for a place on google maps πŸ’° Finding a email address in Stripe ❓Getting answers on Quora πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ Translate into multiple languages ... βš™οΈ Everything shortcut based and customizable 1. ⌘C to Copy 2. ⌘Y to open Look up Pro 3. ⌘D - to open the database , ⌘T to open Translate, ⌘S to open Stripe,... - everything with custom queries
If you have any questions - we are here all day to answer all of them! Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.πŸ‘‡
