Loom is a new kind of work communication tool that helps you get your message across through instantly shareable videos, now available inside Slack.
This tool changed my entire workflow from creating tutorial for my employees and online community to product management. I've this team and everything they're doing.
Pros:Best tool ever
Cons:None
Loom has made both internal team comms and external product demos not just easy... but fun. Incredible execution of a such a useful product.
Side note: the only quirky thing I find myself still doing manually is downloading the video and uploading to YouTube before I share on Twitter or embed in docs. I feel Google' infra is more likely to be around forever plus is more optimised for social shares, but everything else is now fully in the loom workflow. Awesome.
Pros:Makes showcasing a SaaS product super easy.
Cons:Nothing. In love with Loom.
Loom delivers hands over fist value. I've used it for communicating with remote team members, feedback on design work, pitch presentations, recruiting efforts, and even communicating with family / friends. Slack integration is freaking epic, so excited to use. Great job Loom team!
Pros:Fantastic for remote teams / clients, simple to use, and saves you (a TON) time.
Cons:None. I want to pay for this service but I cannot.
i use loom every day for bug reports, employee training, and user onboarding.
Pros:love love love loom. i use it every day
Cons:none
Rather than copy and paste a link, the people and channels you want it to go to are right there. Great for DMs on Slack.
Pros:Just an extremely quick way to share
Cons:None
I love Loom!
Pros:Super easy to quickly record the screen, nothing is better
Cons:Having to wait for the video to process before being able to download the video... though 100% understandable!
