In my pet-projects I often in need of some catchy animation and it's very nice to have good and simple tool to do it.

I never heard about Lottie animations, but I'm now curious to learn more. I wanted to bring animations to our website/documentation/tutorials. I was thinking of using Greensock, but what are your main differences/advantages/disadvantages?

Lottie is an open-source library that allows you to play animations created with Adobe After Effects in your web, mobile, and desktop apps. The animations are exported as JSON files, making it easy to import and use them in your projects. It's lightweight and easy to use, making it well suited for simple animations.
