@rachel_pardue Sounds great. Just CTA performance and basic GA analytics. If you can have all the numbers in the same interface, it will enable the person taking care of engagement to make good decisions on the spot.
@eugenehp Thanks, that makes sense. Would you prefer to have those numbers accessible within the Lou Dashboard or pushed into your third party analytics tool like Google Analytics?
@rachel_pardue Data wise, gathering everything in GA would make more sense, it will end up being in our data lake. From the employee/user perspective some basic numbers one the engagement would help too, I can imaging something like stats for the campaign, etc.
Looks amazing. We are looking to help our non-tech-savvy users engage better with our product. Is it possible to show different announcements depending on the user (i.e., new users vs. returning users)?
@guillegarciar Thanks Guillermo! To answer your question, yes you can target announcements to all different types of users with our segmentation feature! In fact, we offer pre-built "turnkey" segments for new users, returning users, and power users, that don't require any extra setup to get started with. If you need additional targeting capabilities, you can also define your own custom user segments like "admin users" or "members of Company A" for example.

Hey @adityavsc - thank you! This launch includes a whole new feature set of Announcements. Along with those Announcements now comes full design customization, templates to choose from, out of the box user segmentation, and dozens of integrations! We're not quite calling it a 2.0 but our launch last year was for product tours. We shifted our approach towards favoring short-form 'announcements' because they take a fraction of the time to create, can be used more frequently and for a wider variety of use cases, and in many instances users find them more engaging than longer-form 'product tours'.
