A recognition platform that enables everyone to appreciate hard work, celebrate achievements and say thank you by sending virtual carrots to a teammate, partner, or any professional. Later, the collected carrots can be redeemed into gift cards and experiences.

@norayr_margaryan Because you offer something unique as a reward for them? What exactly? Something like Disney Land gift cards? How did you hack your engineers? :)

Showing appreciation is important so a service like this is much needed in an organization. I am curious why carrot dough?
@florin_biro Thanks 🧡 Actually, in HR world there is a traditional theory called “Carrot and Stick Motivation”. Here carrot stands for the reward. So, the idea of using the word carrot comes from this approach.
@alina_grigoryan makes a lot of sense Alina, thanks for explaining. FOr me first thing that comes into my head when someone uses the carrot analogy for rewarding is the dangling of the carrot in front of a donkey to make it walk. Which is not so positive of an analogy. But yours makes more sense for what this is.

@sergey_asatryan1 I continue to be impressed with your product. I keep thinking that there could be a slightly tweaked version for K12 schools.
Looks like a well thought initiative, although seems to me quite hard to implement in a company and something that can easily be seen as a side chore to do mandated by HR people especially for employees in other areas. Do you have examples of successful implementation yet? And if so, can I know what have they achieved within a team? Thanks a lot!
@luis_carlos_moyano_medina Thanks for the comment ! Actually implementation and onboarding is really easy (through integrations like Slack, Microsoft AD etc..). Also the platform itself is quite easy to use, showing today very high usage percentage. Currently more than 70 companies and teams are using Lucky Carrot, which helped them to maintain a culture of gratitude, align team members with company values and in result enhance engagement score and other business outcomes.
I love this concept and think today's remote-first community values it greatly!

I love Lucky Carrot. At our organization we have been using it from the very early days of the company and every single time it's so exciting to send and receive carrots.
