CMD+TAB is my favorite shortcut, right behind CMD+C & V.
This might take some getting use to but could be a nice productivity-booster for those switching between apps frequently.
I'd pay a lot for this if it solved my main issue with the built in CMD-Tab menu: I have multiple Chrome personas always running, each in their own mac space, but CMD-Tab only shows "Chrome", not "Chrome - Work", "Chrome - Personal", etc. The ability to switch between *specific* spaces, not just apps, would be killer.
@miles_matthias I added it to the todo list, but it is more of a management and switching between Windows, let's make contact via mail, this is the following something I planned to work (management and switching between windows)
@miles_matthias >>> The ability to switch between *specific* spaces, not just apps, would be killer.
By the way, pay attention on the option "each workspace have a separate list of applications"
@miles_matthias Are you sure that you should buy right now? I think you should first try and decide whether you need the app
I think everyone needs to try any app or product before you buy, or wait for the sale, it is fair to customers and developers
The numbered tabs especially can make a difference (just like on Alfred). UI-wise I hope to see a space between icons—since this currently is really narrow. Ideally make this a setting too. Oh, and saw a little typo on the settings page (Hide applictaion names :)).
But, a pretty nifty, little app!
@eelcojellema
Thank You very much, wrote it down in the task list - fix soon, now collect feedback.

What do You mean?
@mubashariqbal Thank you, I do not understand about the trial, when launched, the application reports the number of days remaining and then you can work
@gerasim_sergey Nothing wrong with the trial, I just mean't after using it for 30 minutes, I wanted to give you my money! I knew I would want to keep it after the trial. 👍 💪
@mjmcclain Not sure I understand the question, but You should definitely try the app.
Please tell us how you configured MacOS to use CMD + Shift & CMD + Space
@marcelpanse Hyperswitch - window switcher, command-tab plus is an application switcher, not all (like me) are switching between windows. command-tab plus replaces the cmd-tab hotkey, but has some differences
@marcelpanse for example shows only not hidden applications and applications with only one work space... Really try on each monitor or desktop You have your list of apps... Separated Workspaces ;-)
And one more things :-)
In the next few days I am engaged in adding new features and fixing bugs, but I get a lot requests adding features or developing a new application that helps manage the windows on Mac.
So I begin beta testing a new app - MaxSnap, perhaps some features will be added in Command-Tab Plus, If someone wants to participate in the beta testing of the new application - welcome to http://eepurl.com/cuQgW9
Hello from Ukraine, I wanted to show You my new app - Command-Tab Plus for macOS. It helps you to get rid of the chaos that happens when there are too many apps running at the same time.
Please tell me your opinion about the idea.
The app has many options but the most important for me here is "Command-tab Plus hides the icons of all inactive (hidden) apps"
If someone wants to support the development of a product that you can use the code PRODUCTHUNT35
@digitalbase Yes I plan to implement it, I'm just looking for how to do it easily and conveniently (organically), I'd like this feature and many users asked for it.
I just have not yet invented as it is beautiful to implement, only came up with a new app...
May be just to implement the switch between windows when pressing cmd-`
What do you think?
Sorry for my English, maybe I write not clear, and I was asked now from many users "that they can display in each work space a separate (own) a list of applications...
***MAIN IDEA of application - EACH WORKSPACE HAS ITS OWN LIST OF APPLICATIONS***
Hi all, I'm preparing a huge update and invite everyone to participate in the beta testing.
Join to Command-Tab Plus Beta

I plan to add many features.
For example I have implemented a simple SWITCH BETWEEN WINDOWS of the selected application

Hi again, I see the statistics interesting thing, it turns out, not everyone knows how to install the application from the website, tomorrow I will take extensive video and now you can look at my other app
https://youtu.be/5hkvfyqMh3k
I read the product description and I knew that this is something I need. Didn't even bother to go for the free trial. I went ahead with the 'Buy Now' button.
@gerasim_sergey You hit the nail on this one. I love this app to bits. Before this I'm using uBar as my task switcher but it always ended up cluttering its task bar when I have too many stuff opened. And that extra task bar annoys me because I'm working on a 13-inch Macbook. Your Command Tab Plus is just perfect.
@cleavatron Thank you very much, I have many ideas for the development of applications towards me, I begin beta testing + one more app, I have a macbook air 13, me too, this problem is known (because I made this app)
@_traceroute The action and the validity of the coupon 24 hours after posting on ProductHunt, I just don't have time to update the website. Please send me an email from the site
Very cool app. I love the idea of quickly selecting the app by its number rather than repeatedly hammering the Tab key. I also love that the switched can show up on a screen with the mouse pointer and not only on the main screen.
A couple of suggestions:
1. Does it really make sense to start numbering with the currently active app? I think switching to the currently running app is rather moot. Perhaps it's better to skip the active app and add numbers form the next app onward.
2. Is there a way to make the app numbers look more subtle? Black background with thick white boarders are a bit extreme. Also the numbers are not centered inside the circles on my Mac.
3. I agree with some folks who suggested more spacing between the app icons.
4. Have you thought of allowing the switch to stay visible without having to keep the CMD key pressed? Perhaps after a while? This would make hitting the numbers a bit easier. This would be a deviation from the native app switcher, but could be a setting as well.
5. A bigger area to explore, letting the users assign permanent numbers or even letters to certain apps. Perhaps in combination with #4 to avoid conflicts with other CMD+[ ] shortcuts. Say I want to assign C to Chrome. F to Finder, etc.

I long could not solve how to do it better, but left the numbering with 1 for the active application for two reasons
- is more logical and not to make confusion
- that you were able to quickly return to choose the first (active) application
>>> 2. Is there a way to make the app numbers look more subtle? Black background with thick white boarders are a bit extreme. Also the numbers are not centered inside the circles on my Mac.
- disable drawing of the border
- placement setting numbers, I plan to implement in the near future
>>> 3. I agree with some folks who suggested more spacing between the app icons.
- Yes, of course
>>> 4. Have you thought of allowing the switch to stay visible without having to keep the CMD key pressed? Perhaps after a while? This would make hitting the numbers a bit easier. This would be a deviation from the native app switcher, but could be a setting as well.
I agree, it will be convenient, and it has asked one of the users, besides that idea I'm going to use in another application
>>> 5. A bigger area to explore, letting the users assign permanent numbers or even letters to certain apps. Perhaps in combination with #4 to avoid conflicts with other CMD+[ ] shortcuts. Say I want to assign C to Chrome. F to Finder, etc.
Great idea!!! I understand the point, I will implement it, it is true to say that not once (in the next version), as I need to fix some bugs, and the implementation of the assignment .... I need to think how to implement it simply and beautifully
@michal_subel I see that you have interesting ideas and you understand the essence of the application, maybe You want to participate in beta testing? I think I should split the app into two branches, stable and beta with new features
Here is the link to sign up for new beta versions

@gerasim_sergey Thanks. I would definitely like to participate in beta testing.
One more thing that I noticed now during testing, notification badges are missing from the app icons. The number of unread emails, or IM app notifications, etc. Is that planned as well?
I really wish there was a demo video/gif for my lazy side. Will have to see if I remember this tomorrow when I'm at my laptop again 😄 Sounds good though!
@dinoshauer Yes you are right, probably had to make a video or gif.
maybe tomorrow, but I'm not an expert in video and I have to implement all asked for new users. Good evening..
@gerasim_sergey Great thanks, my banner had gone white and I thought the sale had ended. Purchased! For 2 reasons, one I've been looking for something like this for quite some time, secondly, your activity here answering questions and feed back. I'll continue to support developers like yourself and put shun those who just build and abandon. Happy Holidays!
