If you spend hours on email every day, Mailflow helps you be more organized and get things done faster. Mailflow was built because we were frustrated about how email is always treated as an afterthought in every collaboration tool. With Mailflow, you can easily share emails and collaborate next to the thread. 📠 Copy-pasting between your inbox and other apps 📠 – Your client prefers to use email, but your team needs a way to stay organized, so you tried a bunch of different tools. The problem is that none of them are well integrated with email, so you’ll end up doing a lot of busy work. Mailflow solves that by bringing the tools from the apps, you are used to into Gmail to help you stay organized around those emails. 🤷 Losing track of tasks 🤷 – Did you receive a long list of bullet points with changes you need to make? Mailflow lets you save them as tasks in the email sidebar and your task overview. This way, you’ll make your client wonder how you manage to stay perfectly organized even when they are not. 🫣 Attachments are hard to find 🫣 – Sometimes, it feels like 90% of your inbox consist of attachments. Finding the right version can be a pain. Mailflow makes it easy by surfacing all attachments into the project overview so that you can find the right one at a glance. 🐙 You use email for everything 🐙 – That is also why it’s so hard to organize. Your whole business runs on email! To solve that, we’ve introduced a workflow builder that lets you create your own workspaces to fit your specific need. Whether you’re managing projects, making sales, hiring, or collaborating with your insurance agent, you can easily build workspaces specific to your need. Together with hundreds of early users, we’ve iterated on different solutions, and we’ve spent months just getting the email sync to work perfectly. LOVE IT! Finally a chrome extension that allows me to take care of my email tasks without having to leave my inbox. Other plugins have tried but they are always so slow to create a task from an email. This is instantaneous. I've already signed up for a yearly subscription and I just started using it today.
