@lightfield of course! We are obsessed with giving our users peace of mind when it comes to their personal data whenever using AI. So we use advanced obfuscation and encryption to remove sensitive data from emails, so that no one has access to our users data - not even us. :)
@ena_gluhakovic appreciate your interest, Ena! Being able to use MailMaestro on Gmail allows you to go through your inbox much smoother and faster as you can do all the email management within Gmail, contrary to switching tabs getween Gmail and ChatGPT or Gemini.
Accepting/declining meeting requests are much more easier within Gmail too since MailMaestro detects meeting intent in the email body, and checks your calendar if the proposed time is available for you, or if you have another meeting that time.

@laocool definitely! Writing the same emails that you send out daily can be a pain, especially if you're sending hundreds a day. Instead of copy+pasting the same stuff and editing some variables, MailMaestro allows users to create and save AI prompts as magic templates so the next time you need to write the same email, it will be as easy as just deploying your saved magic template.
This is especially useful for users who regularly send templated emails like chasing leads, responding to customer support tickets about a common concern, etc.
