Wow this is super valuable for the current stage my company is in. Just the other day our team decided to test a new onboarding funnel.
Will have a look and give the templates a try 🙌
@rapcal Hi Raphael
Thank you for hands up.
It was a temporary issue, just occasionally moved the page to draft.
It is out there. Please have a look and let me know what you think.
Congrats on the launch, @iuliia_shnai! Onboarding is often ignored by early-stage organizations and is perhaps one of the most critical steps that can make or break a user's experience with your product. This will be super useful resource for founders.
@parthpareek Parth I totally agree. Many companies decide that it is secondary for them. But the reality is that it is the first experience to convert visitors into users and then users into devoted customers and this is so crucial.
This is a great resource. I've been thinking a lot about onboarding recently after listening to the Lenny's Podcast with Kristen Berman. The nugget I pulled from that (and the handful of onboarding sequences I viewed here) is that it's alright to have a slightly longer process if you can show the value of the product upfront, because you're less likely to get the user to give you that information later.

Hi Michael
I totally agree! This is a very good tip. With onboarding, you can decrease time to value. This can work pretty well. Especially for companies, which can not provide value instantly. Examples: Intercom, Hotjar. Value comes only after you put the snippet in the app and this is quite a barrier for many users.

Have been waiting for it. 6 months ago I searched a lot for something like this. Thanks for documenting in one place and sharing with the PH community. Best wishes on the launch!
Looking at the home page of the site, I'm shown basically nothing, but I know the only way I'm going to see anything is if I give up my email. What's a flow? There's no example anywhere. What am I getting? There's no example anywhere. A no-code editor? To do what with?
@kevin_t_ Hi Kevin
On main page you can find the onboarding’s for diffferent companies.
Let’s say you select Airbnb
https://www.marbleflows.com/onbo...
Now you can see all onboarding screenshots and below clickable template. This is a flow or journey which you can build. There are pre made templates based on these companies
@iuliia_shnai I go to the main page, and I just don't feel the content is clear. "Interactive flows to convert more leads. No-Code platform to create user onboarding, A/B testing and lead generation flows" The interactive flows part in front of the "this is what we are" part does not for me, flow.
🚫Users don't need to be onboarded
🚫Onboarding does not impact the retention and engagement with your product
🚫You don't need to ask users any questions from users to understand them better
🚫You can achieve good conversion rates without optimized onboarding
Do you agree??
ok..ok... I am joking user onboarding is key to creating an amazing user experience. From the first moment, users got on your website to the point they have their first experience with the product. Onboarding does not stop, it continues to evolve with your product.
That is why I curated 100+ user onboarding journeys from top SaaS like Airbnb, Canva, Adobe, and co. with 1+ Million users to share with the amazing PH community.
❓Why I decided to do it?
✔️To learn more from best how to onboard users in different types of SaaS
✔️To share knowledge with others. I found different user onboarding which can be super relevant for different SaaS
✔️ MarbleFlows🌸is #nocode tool to create user onboarding flows, so this is definitely beneficial knowledge for our business.
❓Why user onboarding or first-time experience is so crucial?
It is the first experience of the user with your website and then software that influences all further journeys. So the good designed and A/B tested onboarding can:
✔️Increase conversion rate
✔️Engage users more with your product and brand
✔️Shorten the time to value
✔️Qualify and retain users
✔️Segment and understand your visitors' users better
❓For whom it can be interesting?
✔️ Designers
✔️ Product folks
✔️ Founders and entrepreneurs
✔️ Marketers
✔️ Onboarding Specialist
✔️ Anyone interested in user onboarding and building better conversion from the website
❓Why learn from these companies?
There are different types of SaaS with millions of users and their onboarding process is really often perfected. Why not learn from the best?
❓What is Onboarding Love 🖤?
✔️Screenshots of user sign-up, onboarding, and offboarding
✔️My comments and teardown on how onboarding is created
✔️Table with a comparison of 60+ user onboarding
✔️Short Description of the company, amount of users, traffic and etc

@iuliia_shnai congrats on the launch. I was following the journey of Onboarding Love over the last 30 days in Producthunt Ship! Great to see this project come to life 🤩
I remember when I first started with my company 8 years ago, there was a great website that analyzed first user experiences. This was mostly for mobile applications and not so much for web platforms. I think the web is making a massive comeback.
There are so many great companies who have spent millions to work on the perfect customer journeys for their users.
Any startup starting in 2022 can take advantage of this fact and use your repository of onboarding flows, Onboarding Love, to understand which is most suitable.
This is such a great contribution! Thank you 🤩
Every hard-earned potential signup you have you want to get on your platform (SaaS). But what is the most optimal way, and, do we ask for more information that we need to? With "100+ user onboarding flows from top SaaS like Airbnb, Canva" you can learn from the best and hopefully get as many clients as possible on your SaaS with as few as possible falling by the wayside.
