$319 for business plans, ouch! And I thought my intercom account was pricey! I think the pricing is inhibitive here for startups/smaller businesses, which is a shame as the product itself looks pretty nifty.
@jasondainter
For business plan (5000 contacts) this is what other marketing automations will charge you. You will have to pay extra for on-boarding and support in some case.
Hubspot $1000
Act-On $700
Eloqua $2000
LoopFuse $275 (Acquired by Salesforce)
Marketo $995
Pardot $1000

And you get more leads and ROI than any other marketing automations using Marketfox. So we don't think $319 is an over charge for our second highest plan! Happy to help to you figure out the best way to use this.
OK fair point, but let me rephrase my point. I currently use intercom, zapier, typeform and a series of self build things to automate my marketing. This works out maybe 3 times+ cheaper than your plan. Since I'm not a large company I would never pay anywhere near those kind of figures per month, so probably what I'm more saying is this is not really geared at individual entrepreneurs or smaller projects but funded startups or companies pulling in decent revenues.
Is there any capacity to manage multiple company's marketing, for example, a marketing agency plan?
Also, if you're not already doing so, you should definitely work on a marketing automation 'academy' or something along those lines to educate people about how to use your product and marketing automation in general. Perhaps a few examples of this from the perspective of an e-commerce store, startup, services business (real estate?) and a freelancer?
Congratulations on the launch, guys! 🙂
I have a been a beta user, and this is undoubtedly the best product I have used in this space.
Marketfox helps you engage your visitors across web and mobile with ease.
The reporting is top-notch and the AI backed campaign manager works wonders.
Add to that the fact that you can engage to users across web and mobile, manage social media channels and blogs, all within a single place makes this a great product.
Mighty satisfied with Marketfox. More power to you guys! 💯 🎉
Congrats on the launch guys!
We've been using Marketfox at Fibo (YC W17) for the last two months and love it. Super easy to use, great ROI, and the founders provide an exceptional customer experience. Big selling points for me were (a) ability to have unlimited leads (b) effectiveness of web push (c) easy to use email campaign builder. I did a lot of research and nothing else came close to the feature set and price.
Excited to see you launch to the rest of the world!
Thanks for hunting us Jared.
We’re extremely excited to be launching on PH today 😃 We’re a Y Combinator backed company in the current (W2017) batch and I'm the co-founder and CEO of Marketfox. My co-founders and I built Marketfox to provide marketers an easy to use, yet powerful marketing automation platform.
I’ve personally felt the pain of using complicated marketing automations as a marketer. I had to use multiple products to track and engage customers in mobile app and web, which created data silos. For the same reason marketers ignored mobile traffic upto an extend.
Marketfox is a marketing automation platform optimised for mobile and web. You will have the ability to acquire user through blog, deep linking and social media management. Convert them through in-app messaging, optimised landing pages, and smart forms. Our cross channel engagement platform enables you to target user through web push notifications, emails, SMS and beyond. Our machine learns the events and actions performed by user and helps you to send better campaigns automatically.
We'd love to hear what you think! If you have any questions, please let us know.
Also, don’t miss the ‘30% Lifetime Discount’ (Coupon Code - PRODUCTHUNT) offered exclusively for the Product Hunt community.💰💰
The product looks awesome. But you might want to have someone with native english editing skills go over the english copy on the site. It isn't horrible, but it is noticable. On the Blog Management page there is this paragraph:
"Write blog with Marketfox content management system, CMS or integrate with your existing Wordpress and Medium account. Marketfox allow to publish blogs in medium, wordpress and multiple other platforms in one push of button, so you don’t have to worry about posting it everywhere manually."
That needs a serious re-write. A more correct paragraph might read like:
"Write blog posts with Marketfox's content management system (CMS) or integrate it with your existing Wordpress and Medium accounts. Marketfox allows you to publish blogs on Medium, Wordpress and multiple other platforms with the push of one button, so you don’t have to worry about posting it everywhere manually."
I am sure others could do a better editing job than I did there, but its just an example of the content across the whole site.
I love the promise of the product, my CRO feedback is that I don't find intuitive that after you come on your homepage when I click on "live demo" I see a guy appearing on the top left saying me I am doing something wrong. Push notifications are a small part of the whole offer of Marketfox right? Other than that curious to test it in the future.
I have been using Marketfox for the past few months. This product is truly a Power Booster for the marketeers.
During our launch, Push+ Email helped us increase our leads by more than 50% (not kidding). I have used many other marketing automation apps. Most of them are either overpriced or underpowered. I think Marketfox found the sweet spot.
Though the product is in the initial phase, I am yet to find out what cannot be done in Marketfox.
Email + Push + Landing Page + InApp Messages + Social + Blogs + Custome Events + Automations.
Good Job team :)
@surya_murali Marketfox is an end-to-end full suite marketing automation. Autopilot is an email marketing tool limited to lead management and email drip. As a marketer every available channel to reach and engage user is an opportunity. Channels like web push notification adds a new 4X larger funnel on top of your existing leads with email. In effect you get 30% more qualified leads without spending on retargeting ads. In simple words, I will send notification right into your desktop if you are not opening my emails.
Beyond this we have blog management which can integrate with Wordpress and Medium, with realtime SEO scoring. Social monitoring and management, Drag and drop landing page builder and in-app messaging makes marketers job a piece of cake.
This is really, really great guys! Well done. Only one concern here.
We are using Marketo which is a very powerful tool, but with the worst UX and UI ever! I mean it. It's maybe twice the price of your business package per year, but it allows up to 25K contacts which is what every medium to big company needs. I was actually going to talk to my manager about Marketfox, but the biggest concern is that we will end up paying more and there is no proof that your product is stable enough so I can safely pitch it.
From my point of view, if you could increase the contacts limit or start with a lower price that will allow you to get traction, maybe you'll be able to get some medium sized companies to switch to your tool.
PS: I can tell you for sure it is a nightmare to change from one automation solution to another and your product really needs to provide enough ROI for a company to invest in this transition (both time an money).
hi @georgenikolic, with 25k contacts Marketfox will cost you only about $639 (without PH 30% discount) compared to $1995+ for Marketo (end up paying more for support often!). Our product has been beta tested for more than three months, with over 25 YC companies. Over 100 websites are using it right now. I would be happy to show you the impact on your ROI if you could integrate the system for a day or two. If you are getting 100 leads now, you will get more than 150 with Marketfox.
Do checkout our live demo at www.marketfox.io to get the feel.
@mohdaboo Thanks for replying! I love the UI and the campaign flow. This looks like a serious competitor to any marketing automation tool out there. You should create a documentation portal somewhere so it would be easier to understand how everything works. I'll see what my manager thinks!
@adams472 Maybe it's just me, but there is a serious need of improving the UI on Marketo. Another feature that needs work is the email editor which is very difficult to use. I expect all these to change as a few months ago it was acquired by Vista.
