Marqeta has always been driven to bring a modern, developer-first mindset to the previously dusty world of card issuing. Developers have always pushed the capabilities of our API payments platform in new and exciting ways, and this new docs site only helps better equip them with the information they need at their fingertips.

The new documentation experience offers:
- improved readability and consume-ability of developer documentation
- allows developers to provide feedback on code, section or page, creating structured data to prioritise the improvement of docs
- a brand new asciidoc + git + gatsby doc pipeline that gives tech writers velocity and the ability to deploy the doc site whenever they want
- infrastructure to treat docs as code so reference documentation can be generated from the swagger spec
