You can even pre-load your interview script and tag the interview questions during the interviews. ✅ Establishes an intuitive, standardized process for all your interviews. ✅ Builds rigor into the interview questions by helping interviewers maintain consistency and reduce personal bias in the formation of questions—even if you have a team of interviewers. ✅ Supports real-time annotations and note-taking that can be tied directly to the conversation ✅ Create a fully searchable repository —supports keywords, tags, and labels to make cross-referencing and analyzing data easy. ✅ Make it really easy to share findings with your whole team in form of highlight reels and beautiful reports. ✅ Automate the initial administrative process—taking the burden off you and your staff. It further provides customer follow-up, email, and scheduling. We have spent the past 15 months building the tool and conducting a lot of user research (lol). I use Marvin for user interviews and have found it super helpful. The transcriptions are really good, which takes a lot of the pressure off of note-taking and enables me to be a more active listener. Most often, I've used the dialer to dial out directly to customers since I talk to most of my users on the phone. Marvin also has a lot of great tools for organizing and sharing insights with your team.

Super proud to be part of the team building this. We are solving some really interesting problems around user research and excited for the journey ahead.

I've been using Marvin, for about a year now and I love it. Being able to have a single source of truth for all interviews within a a project that is tokenized and searchable at the paragraph level is so useful, I'm not sure a simple comment like this could ever do justice to exactly how.
