When we started Maybe earlier this year, the goal was to demystify the world of personal finance and wealth management. You don't know what you don't know and the industry tries hard to keep it that way.
So as we're building out the main app to help you managing all your personal finances and investments, we've been building some mini-tools.
One of the first ones is the Financial Low-Hanging Fruit Checklist. It asks you a few questions and then gives you some tips and to-do's based on your situation!
It's not meant to be completely exhaustive, and right now it's focused primarily on people in the United States, though much of the advice can still be applicable.
Give it a try and let us know what you think!
@bernardamus This particular tool is primarily focused on the specifics of the US financial system (though there's definitely advice applicable, regardless of location). Our other tools (and the app itself) will support many other regions.
@stan_rymkiewicz 100% agreed! Unfortunately it's not just "expand outside the US!" it's "work with each individual country's very specific financial tools and regulations".
A lot of the advice the tool outputs is very much applicable to people in all countries, but there are definitely parts that are specific to the US.
