Hey, Product Hunt community! 👋 Jonathan, co-founder of Maze here. We’re so excited to share with you our new UX Leadership Playbook: Democratizing Research to Deliver Impact at Scale—a practical guide to scaling and democratizing research with insights from over 30 UX leaders. ✍️ Why we wrote this playbook At Maze, we believe anyone should be able to test anytime, anywhere to access invaluable user insights that inform product and business decisions. That's why we've decided to partner with ADPList to develop this playbook and champion education in product research around the world. In this playbook, over 30 UX leaders and mentors from the ADPList Community share their experience and best practices for scaling and democratizing research both effectively and responsibly. Our goal is to give UX leaders a practical guide on how to scale the impact of research by empowering product teams to run their own research and build a learning muscle in their organizations. 📖 What's inside • An introduction to the importance of building organizations that learn by Behzod Sirjani, founder of Yet Another Studio • Key principles, real-life examples, and best practices for scaling and democratizing research effectively and sustainably—all packed into one insightful PDF • An overview of how the UX researcher role is evolving to better support organizations in their learning and curiosity 💡 Who's this playbook for? UX leaders looking to scale research at startups, early-stage companies, or any organization that is trying to keep up with the increasing need for user insights but is not ready to increase the research team's headcount. We hope you like it 💙 Let us know what you think in the comments below👇

Hi Product Hunters, Like Jonathan, I'm really excited to share this playbook with all of you because it's been a dream of ours for quite some time. In 2020, I spoke at UXRConf about the importance of shifting our focus from the artifacts of our work to the activities that we make possible, and the idea that researchers need to see themselves as teachers rather than oracles. I firmly believe that democratization is our job and that by educating, enabling, and empowering others to play a more active role in research and learning, we're going to build better products and practices. That said, democratizing research is not and has never been the end goal. Intentionally making space for everyone to participate is a critical step toward building an organization that learns — one that can step outside of its own perspective and thoughtfully engage with the people it's trying to serve. I hope that this playbook and the voices and stories represented here can provide you with perspectives, tools, and strategies for how to shift your practice and your organization. I'm incredibly grateful to Maze and ADPList for their partnership in this work, and for all the members of the ADPList community for their contributions. We really do hope you like it — and we'd love your feedback!

@pierre_prior1 @giada_gastaldello Hey, I'm having the same issue on chrome. After opening the Modal and filling in the form, nothing happens when clicking on the "Get the playbook" button.
