I've been using MeetFox for a year and a half. I have used several other similar systems over the years and I find MeetFox to be the best combination of features for my use as a marketing consultant.
I use it for prospective clients to book meetings as well as my existing clients. Not only does it save a bunch of time (as opposed to back and forth emails), the built-in meeting software, payment processing and white labeling features really set it apart.
I love that I can use other meeting software for certain types of meetings. This is really helpful if you want to use a sales-oriented meeting platform for prospective client meetings and something more straightforward for client meetings.
It isn't just for online meetings though. I've used it for scheduling in-person meetings for prospects in my local area.
I've had good experience with their support (which can be hard to find with tech companies), and I recommend this system to others who need to book online (or in-person) meetings.
PS. When I first started using it, the meeting aspect of the system was in its infancy, so I used other tools for the actual meetings, but they have improved that piece now. This and other updates show me they are actively developing it in the right direction.

MeetFox has always been more than just a scheduling tool!
We had a bunch of features aimed at simplifying the work of deal-makers and business owners, with professional booking pages, video conferencing, automatic invoicing, and payment processing features available from the very beginning.
We saw great uptake and amazing feedback from freelancers, consultants, and professional service providers that wanted a simple and easy way to:

But it quickly became apparent that MeetFox wasn’t built for a non-standard workflow.
Our original customer persona went from solopreneurs to serial entrepreneurs and larger teams, which made their scheduling needs more hectic and split their attention across multiple teams and different contexts.

I have the feeling that the "book meeting" product area is very crowded lately, what would be your main advantage against your competitors (like Calendly)?
I know from experience that building a video conferencing tool is very hard, wish you the best :)

Calendly (and most competitors in the scheduling space) are focusing on just one part of the meeting process: "scheduling appointments". We're going much further.
We want to make it easy to track, follow-up, and convert leads within the workflow you're already familiar with. We have a ton of integrations in our product road map and we're leaning towards building out a "micro" CRM that you can use to manage all your sales and customer success meetings.
We realized that built-in video conferencing makes online meetings much easier to manage. And now we're focusing on developing functionality to empower team-run meetings.
Meetfox is the intersection of remote work & efficiency. I loveeeee the product. Congrats Meetfox team!!
