If you ever needed feedback from your clients after launching their web sites or apps, you've probably received a 1000-word email from them before, including screenshots while not even knowing what browser they were on. Use Monocle instead to get actionable feedback on your live HTML pages. Try the demo on our homepage.

Nice product ! I have seen that problem again and again and it's very handy to have some kind of an easy communication tunnel with the client, but my question is, how can you get rid of the code you used for that after production ? knowing that a few clients let you access their systems after that ??? Also check my product I posted today : "Texano" and tell me what you think about.

Hi @anwar_ben, thanks for your feedback! Right now, the clients that are using Monocle do so in a staging environment most of the time. After that, they remove the code and deploy again. Feedback from these clients has pointed out what you are asking as well and I will probably add a toggle in the app to enable/disable the widget on a website with just one click. Would that solve it for you?

Try the demo widget at the bottom right of the page to see how it works. The app was created after a couple of companies we know didn't want to send over 60 full page screenshots to their clients to ask for feedback. The Monocle widget allows clients to easily point and click any HTML element of a live site and send in comments. We'll log the exact browser and OS details so your team can follow up. I'm the maker of this little app, so ask away if you have any questions or feedback!

This is the perfect widget for getting feedback from early adopters during product beta ;)
