MentalHappy was born from the personal life struggles of all of us founders. We quickly realized that no one, no matter where someone is from or how much money he or she has is excused from the hardships of life. Life's
roller coasters are intended to help us learn and grow stronger or wiser. However, sometimes us humans get lost
in the confusion of whats happening. Shitty things happen but we don't have to let it destroy us.
Life isn't all bad, there are some really great moments too and its important to acknowledge even the smallest happy moments! That's why we created MentalHappy. We are deeply invested in the happiness and well-being of all humans and strive to provide tools and resources that encourage coping with this human experience in very fun, silly, positive and practical ways.
