I'm low-key obsessed with the Y2K era from the late '90s and early '00s, with its naive enthusiasm for the futuristic, and the glossy metallic aesthetic that characterized everything from fashion to technology. MetalliCSS is a JavaScript library that brings this style back into cyberspace, letting you turn all elements on your website into metal (there's even a "gold" variant, so you can play King Midas). Flat design is sooo 2014. Agree? Disagree?
