The redesign of GA4 was a hurdle for me personally. I'm getting used to it but I still don't feel like I have great defaults, or that the insights I'm proactively served aren't comprehensive. i.e. lots of time spent digging. Question - is Mikrolo primarily for teams also running Google Ads? My needs skew more towards insights on GA, and SEO / Google Search Console. Congrats!
@harrisonjohnson Hi Harrison, thank you for your comments. Yes, GA4 is really complicated and has troublesome issues. In our beta version, Google Ads is predominant, but we have the ability to capture insights in Google Analytics, the infrastructure of our product, and define automatic tasks for them. In the same way, in theory, we can extract SEO insights with Google Analytics. For example, we can suggest a content change according to the low time on page rule or a suggestion to support it with advertising. Since we are in beta, your feedback and support are important. Looks like a wonderful thing not to spend too much and have "someone" watch your ads accounts! How much can you finetune Mikrolo? Can it bid less or rather can you set a limit for keywords without Google punishing the campaign?
@michacassola Hi Micha, thank you for your valuable comments. Yes, especially in performance marketing there are a lot of tasks that need to be supervised and routinised. These also need to be done by good experts, otherwise problems occur. An expert also wants to develop strategies and test hypotheses instead of doing such boring routine things. We want the system to do the routine tasks here. In theory, there is no limit to the rules. But first of all, we find the low hanging fruits approach correct. @bianca_pellizzari Hi Bianca, thank you for your motivating comment :) Yes, we use it in the infrastructure of all our customers. Generally, we get pleasing results in those who use intensive advertising budget and more campaigns. Although it varies from company to company, we can achieve improvements up to 40%-200%. We can immediately catch frauds or wasted parts. Since we are still in Beta version, your opinions and support are important. We have started with simple things for now and we continue to develop for more complex rules. Let's stay in touch.

Specifically, our goal is to take the wasted time, people's routine work off their plate and enable them to get better results and achieve better results for ROAS. Ads are a great way to reach people, but wasting money and getting limited results is one of the biggest pain points. Agencies lose clients or clients lose trust because of this. We think that we will help the sector in these issues and we will get pleasing results.
