Currently, we incorporate animated GIFs to celebrate user milestones, such as completing steps or flows, with options like confetti, party poppers, and words of encouragement. We enhance engagement through interactive flows, empowering users to choose their next steps with our branching feature. In our upcoming release, we’re developing a sophisticated rewards system where users earn points for their activity and habits on the platform. These points can be redeemed for perks like early access, trials, or discounts. We provide intuitive tools and APIs for easy implementation. Regarding virtual assistants, we’ve begun with three protagonist avatars and are expanding their capabilities to include personalized and engaging video attachments, enriching the user experience.

@yanffernandes thanks 😊 Would love to hear the feedback about usability of the product! As more and more people are requesting version for mobile, we probably would thing towards this direction too! As for GIFs on landing page: we recorded platform with ScreenStudio. And then I turned them into GIF format

Seems interesting but apart from the animations is there some more gamification involved? It isn't very clear to me. I compared recently 9 well known user onboarding products (part of my upcoming launch of https://onboarding.study) and only Chameleon offers playful confetti animations. And they cost 10x more than Milestone, haha. Anyway, it's a nice add-on but I'd want to know how Milestone differentiates from other tools available on the market.

I wish this was launched a couple months ago... I was looking for THIS exact thing. I tried a ton of other options and ended up with a weird open source mess instead. Tons of people will sign up for complex platforms and abandon because it's hard to get things set up. A good example would be a social media management tool (buffer, taplio, etc...). There are 100 features and you have to figure out what to do, how to get started... and that process is a challenge that can make users not get started. Good onboarding to show off the features is a huge way to get people to stick with the platform and reduce churn. Excellent product and congrats on the launch!!

@sasha_zaiats I ended up using this free solution, https://shepherdjs.dev. It's not terrible, but it's sort of basic and takes quite a bit of time to set up. If there was ever a low cost tier, I'd surely use milestone though. Looks cool for sure, but a bit too much for me at this point... Anyone with a profitable SaaS should invest though for sure.

So we have got a bunch or features to provide personalization. 📌 Triggers: - Time-based triggers: Initiated based on the duration spent on the platform. - Action-based triggers: Activated when specific actions are taken, such as clicking on a button or accessing a particular page. 👥 Segmentation by Role: This feature involves integrating with your platform to segment users based on their roles. For instance, Developers and Designers would follow distinct user journeys tailored to their respective roles. 🕹️ Branching: This feature empowers users by presenting them with options for their next steps, accompanied by associated flows. What are your thoughts on these functionalities?
