@dylan36032 Absolutely! I've done extensive testing and development to ensure the preview is true-to-life for the finished product. :) It would be great to be able to preview/verify/edit the letter from the checkout process though...I should enhance that.
@androidlove Thanks for the interesting feedback. The extended shipping time was a buffer to give us time to catch our balance and make sure we have the kinks ironed out...we got a lot of unexpected order volume. We'd rather make people wait for something nice than over-promise and under-deliver. :) The shipping time will be shorter in the future.

Congrats on the launch, great idea! I just placed my first order, would like to suggest an edit option at check out and a more clear differentiation between whats a to: and from: address label.
I agree with @madebycamilo. Wasn't immediately clear that I had to select to ship to a different address in order to mail to the intended recipient. Perhaps make that the default selection? Or remove the ability to ship to billing address altogether? Doubt many will be send the letter to themselves.

@miniaturemail, Yup. just placed the order and I was confused about the address label too. It took the shipping address as billing address by default and I received fraud alert from chase to approve/deny the transaction as the billing address doesnt match.
Great idea btw, I loved it! I tried adding a heart emoji (❤️) but I dont think it is supported yet?. It would be a great to send emojis in miniature mail.

Really cool idea! I would actually do something like this to send to my VIP customers as something unique....but the price is too high. You should think about ways to cater to businesses and offer discounts in volume. Thinking something like Mail Joy (http://www.mailjoy.com/), but for your product. I can see somebody copying the idea quickly if you don't move fast and keep it as best of market.
@callmedpit Thanks for the feedback; this is definitely on our radar. Out if curiosity, what price point would you expect for a bulk batch b2b? Also, would you require any customization of the mailing enclosure (i.e., your own company's logo and return address label instead of ours)?
The letter is just very cute. As I mentioned above, the price of $10 for something so small is a little more than ideal, but it's still within the range I'm comfortable with, but the reaction I got from my wife, to whom I had said "I got you a little something, it will be on the mail", was totally worth it.
If you want to offer someone an unexpected gift, this might be a good pick.
Pros:Charming product, great quality prints, good packaging.
Cons:$10 per letter is not *expensive*, but I'd like to see it go lower.
Kinda unfortunate that I didn't discover this until today, it would have been great to send to my wife for Mother's Day, but there are no available shipping dates for the next week or two.
If I can give you a recommendation, whatever is that spinning wheel thing you have on the website, remove it. I don't know what is the worst part about it: how it looks like a super invasive giant ad with no text, or the fact that it keeps reopening after I click outside to dismiss it. That pop-up looks extremely shady, and it makes me want to not use the service at all.
If that was created by you, make it unobtrusive and optional instead of something that keeps interrupting the user experience.
@divinoag I hear you about the popup. It needs a lot of work, although I'm not sure about removing it completely. I actually asked the developer who created it whether they could add a feature to disable for a cool-down period after dismissal, but they deferred...I'll probably edit the source myself. Thanks for the feedback.

I just love this idea way too much! Perfect focus on message, using the cutest delivery method...kinda nostalgic, kinda silly, way too cute to ignore! The delivery packaging idea is just as brilliant. I'll be trying it out some time, I know people who would love them, I can see them treasuring this tiny gesture, the words, the old school letter with a twist...Again, I love it! Good work! ;)
This would be awesome for tooth fairy letters!😉 If you had some templates directed towards kids I’d definitely be interested.
