@abaduca We're working with agencies of around 10 people strong, as well as with larger companies, of 200 or more people.
We're always learning about our users - best thing we know is that about a quarter of our userbase is actively posting performance-related week in, week out, and more that half of them login weekly :o
It happens less often than expected :D.
It's true that the names are similar, but the products have different missions for likeminded companies. We've officially launched in May 2019 and were in closed beta way before, in the summer of 2018, before the rebranding of Realtime Board and are now working to coexist and help companies as separate products 💪

As a simple user of this product for the better part of 3 years, since it's inception, it's wonderful to see how it evolved and I strongly endorse it - I've become to better appreciate recognition as a continuous process from using it. I've been using the product since the beginning and now I see a very complex environment that convers a lot of needs. The ones I use the most are:
1. Kudos/Feedback. Once you start giving Kudos it is very hard to stop as you start seeing the good things people do to help you or others. Also the Kudos suggestions are very cool. By the way, at first I hated the word Kudos, even though it is an international standard...:)
2. Performance. It centralizes in a cool way all the team and evolution of Feedback, Kudos and Check-ins all related. It is very easy for me to have everything here
There are some other cool features like Objectives, all the Teams tab and Documents as well but some of them need a little more time from me.

We met Mirro even before it was Mirro. It was a pleasure to work with you guys on the branding process and we easily fell in love with the product. Constant feedback is crucial among creative teams, agencies should definitely try it. Kudos!

My go-to tool especially during the last six months in the remote work context. It helped me stay in sync with my team, give and receive feedback constantly and show our appreciation in real time.

Great product! For me it was love at first sight. <3 Been using it for the past year and enjoy using every single feature it has. Keep up the amazing work you are doing!
I recently joined a new company and in the context of remote work, Mirro sure helped me learn the ropes at my new job: (virtually) meet my colleagues, check the departments, org chart, see the company's objectives and how my work can support those goals.
All in all, I find it a great tool for bridging the gap with remote team collaboration. 👍
