I've used mixily as a user and it's so much simpler/easier/private to be invited via mixily than facebook, which I don't want to be on, and a much nicer experience (reminders! messages!) than the other usual suspects like google cal invites, eventbrite, etc. Excited to use it to host as well.
As an event organizer, Mixily is clean and dirt simple. The UI is fast, doesn't require me to fill out a bunch of unnecessary stuff, and it does a great job of taking care of reminders for me so I can focus on making a great event and less on the planning and outreach (which are important, but always a drain on my energy).

I love the clean function and design! I'm looking forward to using this as an alternative to other social media platforms that many people would delete if it was not for their easy event creation.
i've used mixily both as an attendee and host several times. the product works very well, has a very complete set of features, yet is simple to use.
Mixily is super easy to use, you don't need to login, and you can create an event much faster than with fb or eventbrite. I like that you don't need a login and that Mixily doesn't store your private information.
Super easy to use! Created an event for a going away party. Definitely will use again.
