Mixmax is now even better. It integrated with a bunch of CRM tools, work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and is fully compatible with other Chrome Extensions. They've made it a no-brainer to use Mixmax if you're doing sales.

Looks like such a powerful tool to streamline manual email tasks! Looking forward to giving this a try πŸ‘

* LOVE * this product. Main thing is that the UX of everything is smooth and in line with how I think. Glad more features are being put in!

πŸ‘‹ Hunters - Olof from Mixmax here. We’re _thrilled_ to announce Mixmax 2.0 to the world. At Mixmax, we make tools to help you sell, succeed and hire easier. As makers, we found that existing sales tools were hard to set up and clunky to use, and that we all deserved better experiences. This brand new version of Mixmax (2.0!) has a new, blazing-fast email editor, slash commands for the apps you use daily, and full compatibility with any other Chrome extensions (e.g., Grammarly). There are πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘” Slack and CRM integrations πŸš€πŸ€‘ Team sequences for sales, success and recruiting πŸ“ˆπŸ“Š Insights and analytics on all your customer interactions πŸ“žπŸ“£ Built-in dialer you’d actually want to use βš‘οΈπŸ’Œ LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration - including the ability to send InMail directly from your inbox. Basically everything you need to turn you, as a maker, into a closer (of prospects, customers, or candidates). 😻 Excited to hear what you think!

Nothing I can think of.

The best got better - now it works even with grammarly. UX got so better. Great update,

Cons:

Nothing I can think of.

I LOVE Mixmax. For me it's like a backup brain. Someone emails me some nonsense I can't deal with for a month. Instead of putting it in my calendar or my to do list I just have mixmax resend it when it's relevant. I also enjoy the send later functionality so I can send emails when convenient for me and the recipient and not get into email ping pong. It's very easy and intuitive to use even if you aren't using it for salesforce integrations. As a one man business the $30 a month is a crazy cheap version of a virtual assistant.

Nada else!

Pros:

It's my go-to and best Chrome extension on my arsenal of marketing/sales tools I use .Great product...and now faster!

Cons:

The only issue for some folks will be the cost, but the product is segmented at various price points - including free - so at least try it.

MixMax really changes the way I communicate over email. The system supercharges your Gmail composer and lets you integrate some amazing features with slack-style commands, directly from the composer. For me, having the ability to send my scheduling instantly with just one-click is a real time saver. Now with Grammarly, Gmail's features, and RTL support it is by far the best email editor our there for makers, entrepreneurs, and probably for everyone who's heavily relying on email interactions. Kudos @olofster and the team! πŸ”₯

I've implemented it with every sales team I've managed, and recommend it to any founder I come across. I've been a fan since the beginning and will continue to support. Such a fantastic product!

Pros:

The enhancements take our team members' outreach to the next level. Especially the "Share Availability" and embeddable media components.

Cons:

None

Nash

supercharges your Gmail,

Pros:

My Fav gmail plugin, awesome attachment support, email tracking, embedding tweets, recipient response window time based sending, send later.

Cons:

Doesn’t work with other plugins like Grammarly

For teams just getting started it might be a decent option. Would definitely test on a smaller scale for a while before rolling it out to teams of over 10 SDR's or AE's.

Pros:

It sometimes works. Robust API.

Cons:

Customer success team takes repeat attempts to get in contact with, routinely taking >24 hours to correspond. :/

Eli Katz

feature rollout seems to have slowed down and almost all of the recent features seems to be salesforce focused.

Pros:

good feature set.

Cons:

very salesforce centric. ver 2.0 removes mixmax fonts (were really cool)

Perfect solution for any team that spends time in gmail, CRM, and LinkedIn during the day. And the grammarly fix is huge!!
Lauri Lehtmaa

Give it a try!

Pros:

Everything! It makes me so much more productive. The scheduling alone saves me many hours a month, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Cons:

Nothing.

I'm a huge fan of mixmax. I've been using it for more than a year now, and their ability to ship impactful features is incredible. It gets better every month. If you're stuck in Gmail, Linkedin, and your CRM, mixmax would be a fantastic solution for you. I also have to mention that it's one of the best gmail integrations I've ever seen. Polished, performant, and almost perfect.

Couldn't do Emails without it anymore. Scheduling, Templates, integrations, sequences... Email on steroids πŸ’ͺ
Joakim Hampus

I always recommend new members of the team to use it

Pros:

Can't live without it
