Shows $0 salaries for cities without data. Statewide averages for Texas are so far off metro averages, it's not believable. Strikes me as irresponsible to put this out there without better data or explanation of methodology. Reflects poorly on Hubspot (whose marketing is usually impeccable) and creates noise when employees start bringing their managers requests based on data that's even sketchier than Glassdoor. Lame disclaimers don't help. I'd reconsider launching.

Would like to see regional averages without having to submit my own data, even if its anon. Most people hunt at work so... ;)
