Growing up being very introverted, I spent much of my time on my own and my communication skills suffered as a result. After experiencing several life-changing events, I realized that I needed to make changes in my life. I started building my confidence by talking to strangers and attending events. As I was reflecting on my own shyness, introverted nature, and social anxiety 👀, I began to wonder if others like me could improve their communication skills by initiating conversations with strangers.
