Hi 👋, I’m Marco, co-founder & CTO of Morgen. Consider TimeTo the “Zapier of Time”. Instead of connecting web apps, TimeTo connects to your calendar and task management tools, allowing you to create smart workflows that trigger based on various events and actions. 💬 Here is the story In building Morgen, we collected a wealth of feedback along the way. From features requests, help tickets, and conversations we noticed how varied and unique each person’s and team’s workflows are when it comes to time management. One person might want to create a new to-do every time a colleague schedules a meeting with them. Another might want to send a reminder message in Slack listing what everyone will be responsible for in the meeting. Some teams may feel likes meetings are at war with their focused time. They can automate intelligent rescheduling of flexible meetings to optimize focused work for everyone. Yet most time management solutions and AI assumes the same set of workflows work for every team and every person. That’s why TimeTo isn’t another calendar. Instead, it’s the missing point of customization where teams can decide what they want to automate to amplify the way they work. These guiding principles shaped TimeTo’s architecture and design: Modular: Our off-the-shelf automations can be enabled in a few clicks. You can deploy one or many, depending on your team’s setup and needs. Hackable: Every automation can be customised. You can even code one from scratch using our expressive APIs. Universal: Not everyone relies on Google Calendar. TimeTo works with all your calendars and task managers. Let us know what you think!

@marco_ancona2 I see ClickUp listed here in your screenshot. Is this a direct integration? Is it only available in TimeTo? I don't see it in Morgen (not counting Zapier).

@ccampanile ClickUp in on the roadmap for both Morgen and TimeTo

Hey Product Hunters 😊 I’m David, CEO and co-founder at Morgen, the company bringing you TimeTo! Thanks for hunting TimeTo @percival! TL;DR TimeTo is NOT a calendar (we built one and it’s amazing*). TimeTo is a hackable platform that adapts to the way your team manages time. Our AI-powered workflows can help your team unlock more focus time, know what to work on with intelligent time blocking, and so much more. Teams can choose off-the-shelf automations (which you can hack, adapt, and extend) or build and deploy their own using our expressive APIs. Sign up here to join the TimeTo wait list for early beta access! (This also buys you a lifelong discount once we release TimeTo broadly). *see what fellow hunters and users say about Morgen on Product Hunt. ---------------- Collective time & attention management unleashes team productivity Every software development and product team is unique. But consistently, their greatest constraint is their collective time. We know: ◾ Meetings limit our productive time ◾ Focused time is crucial, especially when faced with cognitively challenging tasks ◾ Not everything goes according to plan (sorry PMs... we try!) and reactive planning is hard ◾ As teams, we spend a lot of time planning, coordinating, and scheduling TimeTo applies AI to help all team members find more focused time and clear priorities in a way that is tailored to their team. Here are some top examples of how teams can leverage TimeTo: ✅ Optimize maker time: Not all meetings have to happen at a set time. TimeTo reshuffles flexible meetings to maximize maker time for the whole team. 🛡️ Protect focus: Based on personal preferences, TimeTo will protect focus time by automatically turning off all notifications. ⚖️ Find balance: TimeTo will alert you when you’re carrying too great a load for too long. Be it too many intense meeting-filled days or a long time since your last day off, we’ll nudge you to take a break. 🤖 CI/CD pipelines as a team-mate: Integrate TimeTo APIs in your deployment and test scripts to create an easily accessible universal source of truth to inform your deployment pipelines. ️🔄 Cross-Calendars sync: TimeTo can sync your personal and work calendars so you never have scheduling conflicts again.

Big fan of everything team Morgen builds! I have been using the calendar for 8+ months now and it's been a game changer in terms of planning my days and weeks. TimeTo sounds brilliant and I can't wait to try it out with some of the remote teams I'm working with!

Cool! I gave Morgan a try about a year ago and liked it. I also tried Sunsama, Amie.so, and a few others, but Morgan was the most straight forward/simple and easy to use :) Questions: Did you build an entire new version of the core app or is this like a new product? I'm a bit confused about the relationship to the old app. Also, how do you think about keyboard navigability? I really like how Amie allows you to operate the entire app via the keyboard and navigate between entries via arrow keys etc.
Brenna Donoghue
Hi Moritz -We're so happy to hear that Morgen is working well for you. Your confusion is completely reasonable... we are still trying to navigate how to talk about TimeTo and we certainly haven't nailed it. TimeTo is built on the Morgen infrastructure so we're able to leverage a lot of what we've already built. That said, unlike Morgen, it doesn't have the calendar interface - the automations you choose or build can be applied in Morgen or in whatever calendar client your team uses. For Morgen users, TimeTo makes the Morgen experience much more powerful and customizable, but those same benefits can be applied to other calendars too. Does that help? Clear as mud? If not let me know! With regards to keyboard navigability, that's great feedback. This sounds like much more enhanced keyboard navigation than what can be done today with our shortcuts. It seems like a nice touch... we'll discuss more!

@matcha_anil Thanks! If this can be interesting to your team I hope you'll join the waiting list!
Awesome tool with nice design. Just played with it for few minutes, and already impressed with the potential and its easiness. Congrats on the successful launch.
Brenna Donoghue
Thanks so much @djteknokid!
Dineshan
First of all, congrats on the product hunt launch. It looks promising, given that Morgen is available for most platforms. I have tried some project management systems, but over time, I switched to pen and paper due to the overwhelming features. How morgen's new features will be different from other platforms?
Brenna Donoghue
@dineshan_sithamparanathan thanks for the questions. In terms of features, there are other platforms that have a mix of some of the features we'll be offering for sure. That said, our approach is very much about letting teams customize the automations that reflect how they work and then layering those onto the calendars and tools they already use (whether Morgen is in their stack or not). In this way, TimeTo is more like a 'zapier of time' - teams can use our no code automations, can customize them, or using our APIs, can build whatever automations they want.
Dineshan
@brenna_donoghue That sounds great. The no-code automation tool will help create automation quickly. Thank you
Olivier Laplace
Would the solution adapt to outward looking teams? I am thinking about sales people who often arrange meetings outside but also have to regularly sync with inside team. or Venture capital investors who spend their time outside but still need to sync together regularly?
Brenna Donoghue
Hi @olivier_laplace, thanks for the question. Our workflows are designed to help internal teams on those regular syncs you mentioned, for instance scheduling them reactively when external meetings are happening for instance and optimizing the times that the meetings take place. It can also be used to help identify the best times to meet with your external partners...and becomes even more powerful if they use TimeTo too! Hope you'll give it a try and let us know how it fits for your team and external partners.
Timur Yigit
Congrats on the launch, I've been using Morgen for a few months now. I love the Desktop Experience, awesome design and very snappy. Makes Outlook look like a Win 95 app.

I'm currently paying but barely using Reclaim.ai...How does this compare?
Marco Ancona
@temirlan Interesting... what are the pros and cons of Reclaim for you? TimeTo is designed to be very customizable (down to the code if you want) and will allow developers to share workflows with the community. This makes the platform very flexible and customizable.
