Please, just change the following: Do meaningful conversations with your users to Have meaningful conversations with your users.
Vipul Garg
@danielkempe Thanks Daniel for suggesting that. We also had a similar debate about that line and finally we went with "Do" because it's a verb of action and it conveys a businesses to do something rather than just "Having" conversations. What do you think? Is it grammatically incorrect to use "Do" rather than "Have"? Or the impact by using "Do" is minimal? Will appreciate your reply on this. Thanks :)
Daniel Kempe
‘Have’ and ‘do’ are both verbs. Any verb is by its very nature a doing word that conveys an action. In this instance, "have" is the correct verb to use. You don't do conversations, you have them. @vipul_261

@danielkempe Sounds right. Will get that changed 👍
Vipul Garg
@danielkempe Done. Thanks again 🙌

I think I broke your bot 😅😅: So are we able to handle these situations where someone types something completely unrelated to the conversation flow?
Abhishek Gupta
Hey @fricklers, thanks for asking this question. It's one of the most common questions, people get after trying chatbots. I always love to explain why we designed the bot this way. So, this bot is designed to help the leads which are interested in Morph.ai. If the bot is unable to provide answer multiple times, then it shuts up. The bot is designed this way so that it don't frustrate the user. Given that, the bot mostly always produce an answer if you ask anything specific to Morph.ai. Also, soon you will get a reply from a human agent, as the bot has passed this chat to human agent. We usually suggest our clients to make specific bots, instead of generic bot. Simply said we follow 80/20 principle while training the bot. We do this, so that any small business doesn't have to get a lot of data to train the bot and can start fast. Hope, this gives you some clue why the bot is designed this way. Thanks for your feedback, its always appreciated. Have a great day ahead.

@knoxxs Hi Abhi thanks for the explanation. I understand the point here and I work in the same industry so I kind of know how you have to set the bot up. What I'm trying to see is something slightly different. So basically let's say we have a bot specific to an area, people will still you know ask very unrelated things, like the one I tried with "pizza". Is there a way to add maybe like a "block" that gets the intent there as "unrelated" etc and maybe just send a funny reply, and redirect the user to the conversation? So it doesn't necessarily have to go to a human agent. Also, I didn't continue the conversation here but there was no indication whether this was going to be handled by someone or anything else, it really looked like the bot just failed.
Abhishek Gupta
@fricklers Yup you are right. The user should always know what's happening. For this, we have a concept called Fallback Conversation flow. It runs when the bot is unable to understand something. In this conversation, we inform the user that the bot is unable to understand your message and we are passing you to a human agent. We also have one other feature where an agent can overtake the bot. In this case, the bot shuts up suddenly. This is what happened in your case. One agent took over the chat and then got offline. Currently its night in India, so there was no other agent to rescue the situation. Said that I totally understand this hinders the user experience and the user should always be informed. This is the way we improve our bot. Thanks for taking the time to discuss this with me.

Francoo
Hi there, congrats on launch !! Why is this better than free dialogflow + Crisp et al. ?
Abhishek Gupta
@francoolaami Hey Francoo, thanks a lot buddy, we are really excited about the launch. Morph.ai & Crisp: 1. Automation: Morph.ai, at the core, focuses on Chat Automation (Chatbots) and Crisp's focus on Agent-based chat. With us you can build rich automated conversation flows very easily using our flow builder. You can get a glimpse of the flow builder in the images above. We also have an Agent dashboard using which we do Agent/Bot hybrid chat where if the bot is unable to answer anything, then the customer will be passed to an agent in real-time and the bot will learn from this. 2. Chat channels: We support Facebook, Whatsapp, Website, Android, iOS. Crisp's support Web, Android, iOS. Morph.ai & DialogFlow: We are already integrated with Dialogflow to add intelligence to out bots. It means with Morph.ai you also get Dialogflow, but with a better interface to work with. I just tried to give a short gist, if you are interested to know more please drop me a message. I would love to discuss this at length with you. Have a great day!

I love the simplicity of the platform. The Implementation of our WhatsApp Bot went really well. Thanks for providing consistent assistance and support. I have not got a better experience for WhatsApp bot from any other providers having said that if there were more channel options like WeChat we could explore some more projects. ?makers Any plans to add more channels.
Vladislav Rubanov
Cool design and project! Planning to add Telegram support?
Vipul Garg
@rubanowlad Thanks Vladislav! Telegram integration is not directly available in the platform but we do support it in our backend via smooch.io. Message me about your use-case/business and I'll get you started. You can also email me. Apparently I'm not able to share my email address here, You can find my email in my first comment on the hunt.

Whenever I look at chatbots, my biggest question is pricing. Can you provide it?
Abhishek Gupta
@2ttercrp2 Hi, you can check the pricing on the website - morph.ai Chatbots help do automation on chat. Any automation helps you optimize redundant tasks. So only if you have good amount of redundancy in your chat, the pricing will make sense for you.
Vipul Garg
Have you ever built/ tried building a chat bot?
Ashok Kumar Vishnoi
Any sucessful implementation use case for yoga as a service website ?
Abhishek Gupta
@ashok_kumar_vishnoi Hi, Yoga as a Service, that sounds wonderful and unique. Ergo, don't have any example for it but we have an example for Gym Chatbot. This example is of Facebook Messenger chatbot. Similar functionality can be built upon Website/WhatsApp.
Have a great day! Also, please share the link to your website, would love to explore it.
