👋Hey, I am Nazli,
😴We all sometimes know it is the hardest thing put a baby to sleep. Also, it is valid for us adults too.
👩🏻⚕️I am a Pediatrician and I consider myself as a digital health enthusiastic.
I graduated from Medical School e in 2013 and I became a pediatrician in 2019
🩺I first encountered music therapy when I watched a famous video of a ballerina with Alzheimer's Disease. Her gaze and posture changed, and she started to speak while listening to the swan lake ballet music. I began to think about the effects of music, which is a part of our daily life and culture, hearing, which is one of our five senses, and auditory stimuli on our mind and health.
🎶During my residency, I learned that babies also benefit from music therapy. I have observed premature babies in the neonatal intensive care unit, and babies with colic calm down and relax with white noise. I have seen that a lot of scientific studies have been done on this subject with a high level of evidence. Since then, I have been interested in sound and music therapy.
Our paths crossed with @can_dedeoglu who is a musician, music therapist, and dad After that, we started the journey of Music-Aid together.
Our first albüm from Music Aid "İyi Uykular" is yours.
Please please please share your feedback with us!

Hey! I'm Can, and I completed my undergraduate at Istanbul Bilgi University on Music Composition. Then continued to work in this field in foreign and domestic MA programs. After my academic studies, while working on compositions, I also focused on meditation with sound, and formed Soundala Therapy together with Rida Kirasi. I've been actively progressing in this field of sound meditation for 7 years. As well as graduated the Music Therapist program. A year ago I meet with @nazli_gulenc , and we formed Music-Aid together, and it's our first album "İyi Uykular"(means Have a nice Sleep) has released week ago. Now, we're looking forward to go into more depth on researches of babies & children sleep cycle, and creating new complementary music & sound therapy methods.
As someone who has a lot of nephews, I am a close witness to the sleeping problem of babies. So it's a great idea. A tremendous result. Congratulations. @nazli_gulenc@can_dedeoglu
