Hey Product Hunt,
Originally I launched NanaGram on Product Hunt a few months ago in the US-only with a waitlist (https://nanagram.co/international). Since then, a TON of Canadians have been writing in, sending super heartwarming and encouraging messages like these (THANK YOU!):
-Oooooh, please please please make this available in Canada!
-We're America's hat - Come north to Canada, my nana needs pictures! I love this platform. If you need help breaking into the Canadian / International market, please feel free to reach out.
-Hoping you come to Canada soon! We're so freakin' close to you and would love to use this service! xo
-I love this! Please add Canada!
-Please please please come to Canada. What an amazing idea.
-sweet idea! Hurry up and get Canadian mailing rolling so I can send my gran some photos while she's still kicking!
-Hurry up and get to Canada!!!
Then In December, TIL (https://redd.it/7h5j24) that in 1974 Canada created the H0H 0H0 ("ho ho ho") postcode and started responding to children's previously undelivered letters. Now they answer 1 million letters per year, many of them originating from outside Canada, in the letter's native language.
I'd already pretty much decided to release Canada next given they were #1 on the waitlist and kept sending me awesome notes, but once I learned about H0H 0H0 it was pretty much a done deal. NanaGram Canada is my small way of saying thanks to our Canadian neighbors for decades of bringing happiness to kids around the world via stamped mail. Heck, I could've been one of them.
Technically we launched Canada 2 weeks ago and the feedback has been equally as heartwarming as the waitlist messages, like Madeline who posted this awesome Tweet:

With the Canada launch, we also adjusted things so you can try NanaGram without a credit card and made inviting family 5x easier: Now you can just share your NanaGram number with family and friends.
NanaGram Canada is a little more expensive than US. That's because right now we're shipping over the border. Our base plan in the US is $7.99/mo for 10 photos. In Canada, it's $11.99/mo. Still, I think your Nana is totally worth it, and if you've got siblings you can take advantage of our buy 11 get 12 month annual plans and split it N ways.
You can get started by signing up w/ your mobile number on our website. Product Hunters get a bonus 15 photos in their first delivery. Or, you can skip the website and just text a photo to 617-405-8748. I put together a quick screen recording of what you can expect when signing up. You'll add a photo, set your name, country of delivery, and email and then we'll give you your own NanaGram number. Pay nothing until you decide to ship.
Happy to answer any questions and in closing, a friendly reminder to call and visit your loved ones.
