Navicat Data Modeler is probably the best, most straight forward DB designer? I want there to be F/OSS equiv that's as good, but I've yet to find it. This is my staple for starting new projects and creating schemas quickly (I know they should live in migrations, but this is quick and easy)

Been using this daily (ish) for years, I'd love there to be a less corporate-equivalent out there but this is one thing that's really earned its payment!

Pros:

Simple, obvious and straight forward to use.

Cons:

A few UI glitches every now and then on Mac
