Been using various Needl products for over a year and have been extremely impressed with the granularity with which you can drill down... No more undisclosed data sampling!!

Pros:

It cross-cuts dimensions, time ranges, metrics, and just about anything else far, far deeper than GA will allow. It's pretty brilliant.

Cons:

Wish I had had it years ago!

We've been using segment builder for our PPC efforts to ensure we are targeting high converting segments that are more relevant to our target audience. Segment builder allows you to see these higher converting segments almost instantly whereas it takes a lot of time out of your day to have to pull this data manually from Google Analytics. Highly recommend!
