Definitely a tool for those of you who like to read all the news. It might look overwhelming at first, but once you get the hang of it you can easily customize the columns and get a great overview of all the news that might be relevant to you.
Quite opposite to the usual newspaper website which will only show you a select-few articles, this one will just shove all the news in your face (thank god they only show the headlines or else I'd spend the whole day there)
The newsdeck has many features it borrows from it's siblings in the OneSub family, my favorite is definitely the story mode where each entry on the deck is one story and the detail view lists all the different news outlets reporting on that same story.
This is a really amazing product. Well done everyone. I am just setting up my feeds now. Personally, a way to bulk delete columns would be helpful (currently deleting the prefilled columns now one by one). I reckon this is a really amazing piece of work though
Wow @rupert_denton thank you so much. Yep, you're absolutely right.. a quick "start-over" would make a lot of sense. We'll add that into the sign-up flow .. should almost be default ("Do you really want to keep..")
Actually; what you see as a guest are the current long-trend trending topics (we have a short & long trend list)... so in a way, perhaps, we could offer to tack "N" trending topics to the right of your lists.. which we keep up to date. That would probably be helpful, as things change from day-to-day... and you could have 1x or 5x or 10x depending on your appetite. What do you think?

Thanks so much for the response, I think its a bloody lovely app. I like the idea of a "trending" topics that I could then populate my canvas with - starting out with lots was a bit annoying to go and have to remove them all for a nice blank slate to begin building something that suits my interests.
We'll get that sorted @rupert_denton... and thanks again! In a way it's a byproduct of OneSub so I just love that it's found some fans today.

Just had a look at NewDeck and absolutely love the layout. I feel like I just caught up on a number of issues important to me in the time it took to drink 1/4 cup of coffee - perfect.
