About time someone integrated all these tools together. Is it easy to integrate with my existing tools, like Mailchimp and Facebook Ads? Also, how do you handle conversion tracking?
Staci Matt
@gasiorekm We agree! Thanks for checking us out. Integrations and API, as well as conversion tracking, are all set for release within the first year. We're largely focused on the customer experience currently, so tools like conversion tracking will come with the release of Nextiva Marketing (later this year!). One powerful thing about the NextOS platform is the customizability. With our rules engine, database builder, etc. you can build basically any tracking or notifications that you desire. For example, you can create a field for lead status, and then set a rule that when it is converted a notification is sent out, it is added to a list, and so on.

Hey Product Hunters!

👋 Staci here from the Nextiva team. My colleagues and I are happy to introduce our new products on the NextOS platform.

Nextiva was founded with the vision to simplify business communications for companies of all sizes. While we're mostly known for VoIP phone service, we've always known that we would expand to include other business tools.

And with this release we've done just that! Nextiva Service CRM, Nextiva Surveys, Nextiva Chat, and the newly improved Nextiva Analytics provide businesses full views of their customers in one simple platform. Say goodbye to trying to aggregate a bunch of different products!

Have any questions or feedback? We want to hear it all! P.S. - There's a special deal for Product Hunters if you check out the link! 😉

@staci_matt Couple of questions on NextOS: 1. Which types of roles at B2B companies are championing NextOS internally during the sales process? Are you selling into VPs of Marketing, VPs of Sales, Operations Leaders, C-Suite? 2. You guys offer a lot of products. It's rare to see a SaaS business offer CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Chat, etc. all under one unified suite. Who would you say your top competitors are in the market and how do you stack up to them? 3. Are there any industries in particular that are power user customers? How many customers do you guys have using NextOS so far? 4. What types of 3rd party integrations are you guys building / working on right now?
Staci Matt
@gaetano_nyc Hi Gaetano! Thanks for the questions. 1. We're working with a variety of roles at B2B companies. For smaller businesses, we usually work with the C-Suite, as they have a direct hand in making these decisions for their companies. For larger companies, it depends! We talk to a lot of people who head up operations/support and marketing. Since the products can be helpful to so many different teams, there are a lot of people who are impacted and can be involved in the decision. 2. We have a lot of competitors for the products individually, and the products we developed compete at a high level against the leaders in each market. We're different in that we bring all of these technologies together. This is unique to Nextiva, and we haven't seen a company approach the world of business technology the way we are. Out-of-the-box integration with VoIP definitely sets us apart! 3. We do not disclose the exact number of customers using each of our products, but it's growing everyday! So far the insurance, consulting, and real estate industries have found NextOS products very appealing. 4. We're working on integrating with a variety of CRMs, including Salesforce. We're also building integrations with chat bots

My doughter actually owns a small business with only 3 employees and they would like to start tracking more and more things. Would this be good for a small busness of that size?
Fernanda Robertson
@crawmanbob Hi Bob! Yes, our solutions are created for small businesses too. We believe in democratizing technology and making it available to businesses of all sizes. This would be great for your daughters growing business!
Bob Crawford
@fcerobertson sounds grate. I’ll pass along that info to her. Do you guys offer a demo for her to see?
Fernanda Robertson
@crawmanbob We sure do! She's welcome to visit us at www.nextiva.com to fill out the form on our website and one of our Amazing Service representatives will reach out to give her a demo. We'll show her all the great ways Nextiva solutions can help her business!

I’ve covered NextOS extensively for a couple of years now, and have gone hands on with the platform a few times. While I was able to get a really great experience around the operational/front facing features for agents, I’d be curious to learn more about the AI side of things. How exactly does NextOS and its product line leverage artificial intelligence and natural language processing, and what kinds of actionable AI insights can we expect the platform to provide organizations using the Service CRM, and/or the Chat product?
Staci Matt
@reubenyonatan Thank you for all your support! NextOS is leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) in multiple ways. The NLP engine is constantly evaluating the messages that come in to the system via chat/email/phone, allowing our customers to have an objective evaluation of the sentiment the contact had with the customer's business. The AI is then able to help provide insight as to what the conversation was about and add a suggested SmartTopic, which is part of our patented solution to create experience scores for customers. Experience scores are based on SmartTopics, our advanced rules engine, and NLP suggestions, and can be account and individual-based.

Great software suite to simplify your business tech stack, and an excellent way to keep your sales and marketing teams aligned. Very impressed so far!

Pros:

All in one business suite! You don't have to use automation like Zapier to make tools work together in your stack.

Cons:

Not sure there are any right now. I would like to see them build out a sales stack for prospecting and lead scraping in the future!

Yaniv Masjedi

Create a better experience for your business and customers.

Pros:

Be the business your customers want you to be

Cons:

None

Really great to see the convergence of this product/service suite. We're all relying on disparate systems for this, today. The Nextiva guys are great and I'm excited to see how this pivot accelerates their growth!
Eric Siu
I've been a huge Nextiva fan for years and I'm excited to see their evolution. Onward and upward!
Joel Mackey
Does that chat have any AI chat bot integrations or abilities?
Fernanda Robertson
@webaddict Hi Joel! We are in the process of creating our own chat bots and integrations with existing ones in the near future. Stay tuned!
Pattie Daggett
I know a few businesses using Nextiva already today and can't wait to see how NextOS helps their business become even more efficient with one communications platform!
Zeki Dikmen
"Free Trial" is not working. It's just for collecting email.
Staci Matt
@zeki_dikmen Due to the complexity of setting up a CRM and the other products, we believe a Nextiva rep's involvement is crucial to ensure the configuration is successful. Give our team a call at 800-444-8464 to get started, or fill out the form and you'll receive a call from them shortly with the details of the offer.
John Boitnott
This definitely looks like a solid, all-in-one product that will save me time.
Cameron Johnson
Excited for this. Neat idea to merge all comms tools together and let them collaborate freely.
Asif Shaikh
Who is your ideal type of user? Do you have customers using this already?
Staci Matt
@alleyecansee Hey Asif! Our ideal user is anyone who wants to improve their business communications. Any size business can use our products, and many positions can benefit from increased insight into their customer base. We officially started selling the product about 3 weeks ago and have customers up and running. Here at Nextiva, we've been using these products since Fall '17 and loving them!
Jonny Basha
Awesome that you all built this! Is it more for enterprises or startups?
Fernanda Robertson
@jb5423645 Hi Jonny! Our solutions are created for businesses of all sizes. From startups, to mom and pops, to large enterprise-level businesses! We have something for everyone.
Audrey Chetcuti
How do you plan to expand NextOS to include other technologies and functionalities? What's next?
Staci Matt
@chetcutiaudrey Great question! Our next step is to introduce more integrations and native features for our current products. This includes chat bots, more advanced analytics, and incorporating social media tracking into the Service CRM. We're also developing Nextiva Marketing, which will be an awesome email automation software (if we do say so ourselves). It will include a beautiful email builder, an intuitive campaign builder, A/B testing, and more. And of course, it will integrate with our other products to provide an even more complete picture of customer interactions.
This would solve a LOT of the problems I'm having right now. I'm so excited to try this!
Candice Hernandez
Can you explain the pricing model?
Nicole Small
@candicehernan Hi Candice! Our pricing model is based on a subscription service. Users pay per seat, per month. The beauty of NextOS is that we bring a full suite of products into one plan and one price.
Greg Voakes
Are you able to integrate surveys into the chat?
Fernanda Robertson
@grvo Hi Greg! With Nextiva Chat, you’re able to integrate exit surveys. After your chat ends, you can configure the system so the user will automatically be provided with a survey that they can fill out right after your conversation ends.
