Congratulations to Numbers team😍😍 Numbers Protocol is excited to be at the forefront of Web 3.0 with its innovative Search Engine for NFTs. Interesting fact is that with Numbers Search Engine (NSE) you can see just how unique a NFT is with how many tokens are in circulation. I am totally in love with this kind of digital footprint. Kudos to the whole team ✌🏼✌🏼 . Honestly speaking Numbers Protocol surpasses the expectations and delivers to its best for the community . My expectations have been rising high gradually , everything is proceeding in an orderly manner according to the route. This is going to be terrific in the coming years.

Hello Product Hunters 🙌 This is Sofia from Numbers Protocol, we’re excited to launch Numbers Search Engine to the product hunt community officially! 🧐**The problem** Many creators have opted to monetize their work on third-party platforms such as Shutterstock and Getty Images but forfeited the lion’s share of their photo sale profits and exclusivity rights. The decentralized ecosystem of Web3, specifically the NFT space, appeared to have a promising solution by opening the doorway for independent monetization and ownership rights for creators. However, transparent records buried in indigestible blockchain transactions and the overall inaccessibility of NFTs due to marketplace exclusivity and sheer size of the Web3.0 digital asset ecosystem has dampened its moment. 🔍**What is Numbers Search Engine?** Numbers Search Engine (NSE) is the Google for NFTs. With coverage extending over 150-million NFT tokens and 40 million assets, Numbers Search Engine is the most comprehensive explorer for digital media in the Web 3.0 space. Numbers Search Engine is intuitive and easy to use. Supporting traditional keyword searches, Web3.0 search methods (contract + token) as well as reverse image search, NSE combines straight forward queries with AI-powered similar image results to make the vast Web3.0 digital asset ecosystem just a simple search away. NSE doesn’t just crawl blockchain explorer for NFT tokens and regurgitate marketplace information, but provides dedicated asset profiles that details comprehensive attribution records including NFT characterization, Creator Profile, Integrity Records and even licensing. 💡Features and Capabilities The types of searches include: - Reverse image - Web 3.0 content ID (CID) - Contract + token - Keyword searches Each searched asset includes an associated Asset Profile, which details comprehensive attribution records such as - blockchain / token records - integrity records - NFT properties and licensing - MORE **Yes, it’s FREE**🥳 Go check out to experience the Web3 search! We appreciate any comments or feedback, please let us know what you think about Numbers Search Engine!

No surprise that this project has a lot of upvotes already. The product addresses a relevant issue. I've been following Numbers Search Engine since it was in Beta phase many months ago (back than it was called NFT Search Engine). The product has evolved quite a bit since. Super pleased with the final direction they went with!

Guys, who are you trying to fool with 330 upvotes / hour speed? Have you heard about a fair game? Why are you doing this?
Tariq Waseem
@basv They are trying to chase the speed of Concord(2179 km/h). Haahahahaa

If I understood correctly. This is like Getty or Shutterstock but instead of them being the middle man, we implement blockchain for this? I like this approach.
Sofia Yan
@juan_david_rodriguez1 Yes! It's more like Google+Shutterstock; users can search by keywords, upload images, or enter NFT contracts. The key difference between NSE and Google+Shutterstock is the search result. Instead of just showing the result and link to the original page or stock photo purchase page, every search result on NSE has its own "Asset Profile," which shows the integrity of the asset, including the CID, Creator info, Creation info, initial minter, integrity record/level, license info, and commits (asset history in Numbers network). Users can check the full info of the asset before determining whether to purchase the NFT or get a license NFT(we're working on the license part). We believe this can help creators monetize their work and preserve copyrights simultaneously. Meanwhile, search users will get the "full picture" of the asset; this will help them to determine if the asset is trustworthy :)

It's really an amazing product from the Numbers Protocol. The Numbers Search Engine happens to be the first Web3.0 NFT search engine that helps users verify the history of NFTs and prevent potential NFT fraud. This is a problem solver in the NFT community.

@aniel_joshua Thank you❤️

Really interesting tool! Congrats! But it got me curious that what’s the key difference between your NFT Search Engine and Etherscan? As we can already see quite clear information on Etherscan
Sofia Yan
@cheerock25 Most token explorer such as Etherscan is “token-based”. Therefore, it returns you the search results per token, per address or per contract. However, since tokens cannot represent the true property of assets (images and videos), some important information such as when the asset is created, how many tokens are associated with it, etc, is missing. Numbers NFT Search Engine responds to queries of “assets” which provide more thorough information. Hope this answer helps :)

Please keep this platform genuine. There is no place for such products who adopt unfair ways to get upvotes.

I think this tool is super useful. It's a great idea because there are many fake img NFTs in the marketplace, and sometimes can't immediately collect them in one place. This tool helps me to clarify how many NFTs use the same image.

what is NFT integrity records and levels? I wonder how to examine the level.

@sofia_yan, I would like to congratulate you and the amazing team behind Numbersprotocol, for the unique and only project which provide the authenticity to NFT space, which we need such products to ease the way for the users to find the original versions of the NFT from the real platforms. letting no chance for scammers to steal or scam from the buyers. I have no doubt that Numbersprotocol will reach somewhere high in near future, because crypto space needs it. All the best.
Sofia Yan
@omar_said1 Thank you so much <3 The community's support means a lot to the team. We're really glad to have you on the journey!

Integrity records? Interesting I wonder what goes into evaluating an NFT integrity?
Sofia Yan
@rabbit_little1 Thank you for asking :) We wrote an article to explain how Numbers Search Engine work and why transparent licensing is the key to a robust web3.0 creator economy, you can take a look at it https://link.medium.com/fjoNtoMlNsb We will soon release a new article to show the meaning of "Asset Profile", before that, you can try to search random things on Numbers Search Engine and click the search result to see the asset profile :)
Cindy Climent
@sofia_yan2 Totally get the difference between other NFT search engine and Numbers Search Engine now. But I have another question, if I'm the creator, use your network to issue my NFT, and it shows the full info on the asset page, can it really protect my copyright? Can someone just copy and use it?
Sofia Yan
@rabbit_little1 Nice question! And we're glad you love the asset profile idea :) Under the current internet circumstances, your NFT image can still be right-clicked to download and save. Anyone who intends to use your image for minting another NFT on the marketplace, the NFT will be recognized as another asset with a different asset ID, contract address, and owner wallet with a different timestamp. However, since the full history can be found on the profile page of the search engine, one can use it to check the timestamp, creator, and contract address of each NFT token associated with it. We can not prevent the copy, but at least users now can have the "full picture" to see if the asset is trustworthy.
Cindy Climent
@sofia_yan2 Make sense, but I think I haven't been fully convinced... will think about it more, thanks for the reply! BTW, what's "Web 3.0 content ID (CID)" mean? I'm a newbie in web3, haha, trying to figure out more, does it means something like "fingerprint" of the content? Will the same content have different CIDs? As I know, a jpg can definitely have different tokens.
Sofia Yan
@rabbit_little1 Web 3.0 content ID, also known as a "CID", is a unique value used to identify files stored on the IPFS or Filecoin network. This CID value refers to a unique address on the Decentralized Web based on the content itself. If the file storage is valid, such as the file being pinned in the IPFS network, the address can be used to find the actual storage of the content itself :)

Amazingly refreshing to see an NFT product that isn't only about selling me an NFT. Definitely going to check out asset profile. Luv to see more about how it could change the world. ICW!
