Good job actually! Unfortunately in our country (Ukraine), Stripe isn't available now. And there are no products like yours (as far as I know). You might consider any other options & countries, maybe even with a small share from writers.

@jakesing you may try Payoneer (https://www.payoneer.com/). Very popular in Ukraine among tech folks & freelancers. Also there local payment platforms like LiqPay (https://www.liqpay.ua/en). It's a leader in our country.
Tip Jar has been one of the most fun products we've ever built! We are always looking to add more and more ways for our newsletter creators to monetize, and we think supporters being able to directly contribute is a big part of that..enter Tip Jar!
It's a simple product, but hopefully a super valuable tool in the creator toolkit to generate some extra $ from loyal readers.
