The Noom team has done an excellent job in creating a powerful and effective customer experience. What makes Noom shine isn’t it’s tech, but the deep connection to the psychology literature of habit formation and nutrition.
I haven’t seen any other app integrate content, coaching, and features together this well (and I’ve tried many). I really think this playbook is powerful and am imagining what it might look like in a business or nonprofit coaching context. If someone from Noom reads this, please get in touch!
