@iaroslav_medvedev looks like a solid product. I was wondering what the user experience is like for random users, as it seems to mostly be targeted at your own internal stakeholders? As you said in the video, for now our tool is mainly positioned as a tool for internal feedback exchange. Digital agencies use not8 for user feedback collection as well, but I agree that the fact that the user has to download the extension creates an additional barrier, that's why we do have a widget in our roadmap. Basically, you will just have to install it on your website, switch ON and you can start collecting user feedback straightaway.

Just checked out the new version of not8, and I'm seriously impressed with the improvements! The UI feels intuitive, and the added features have definitely taken it up a notch. The idea is to create an AI-powered digital companion that will assist teams with website and application management and refinement.
Our AI-assistant will automatically test your software for bugs, check that all UI elements comply with your brand guidelines, analyze your website content and suggest improvements, both from marketing and SEO perspective.
It will provide contextual comments with suggestions right within the product you build and engage in conversations with your team.
