Great simple video guys. I like angle of working personalization at scale into the actual product.

Hi all, co-creator of Nova here. Would love to hear your thoughts/feedback on Nova.
The inspiration for Nova came when I was in sales at CloudFlare. There we saw the benefit of personalizing emails, but it was so time consuming and didn't scale. We created the company to solve the problem. We really like the idea of salespeople sending fewer BETTER emails and getting improved results.
Thanks for checking us out!
@williamdinkel "Free Trial" button isn't working and the folks at SalesStack (a Slack Group dedicated to discussion of sales tactics, platforms and other subjects) are getting restless.... Thoughts?
Wow, has it died already? Didn't like the fact that you couldn't see any pricing, but that didn't matter in the end because you can't start a trial either!
@dotcomdude Please visit www.nova.ai/pricing to see it on the website. Pricing has always been available within the product, which is free to sign up for.
@mobilegreg It's not clear what might have been the issue at the time. We've since changed where that button goes, however, it should be working. Are you using Google Chrome? If not, what browser are you using? After seeing this message, we tested on Firefox, IE, Chrome.
We've been using Nova at Vidfluent. It's been a *tremendous* resource for improving the quality and quantity of our customer pipeline. With Nova it's really easy to do mass customer (outbound) outreach that's personalized, targeted, and delivers results.
@brendanbeirne That is definitely in our roadmap. We've chosen to start with Google Apps (due to ease of integration and other factors), but we expect to launch an Outlook/MS version in Q2 16.
Not that I have any issue paying, or suggesting clients pay, for great tools, but I'm always reluctant to start a free trial without at least some concept of fee structure. As I am sure you can appreciate, that is potentially a waste of time. I'm confident your bounce rate will reflect that concern is shared by others. Please consider giving at least a "Starting at ..." indication. Yes, I have heard the argument time and again that you may lose trials. I even understand it, but conversion from an expectation of $xxx per month to discovering it's $xxxx per month isn't likely going to end well anyway.
@kmullett Kevin, I'm very sorry for this. This was not intentional -- once you get on a trial you can see the pricing in the product. Our pricing structure is $90/mo and we do not put any limit on the number of emails that can be sent from the product. If you have any questions, happy to hop on a quick call and chat. Thanks.
Wow, looking forward to trying it out for Poln. Just starting to grow our sales team and have been frustrated with the lack of good solutions out there.
We use Nova at our startup, TalentIQ. Awesome product. Our flow is a) get leads CSV b) plug into Nova c) watch automated personalized emails populate & easily schedule drip campaigns. Their personalization accuracy rate has improved to a pretty impressive % now - I'd guess 90-95% accurate which is amazing.
Looks pretty neat, only thing that stopped me (literally) from using Nova is that it prompted me that Nova isn't accepting Gmail addresses and to use a work email. Thing is I route all my work emails through my personal Gmail (and filter them with labels, etc.) I have it setup to receive and sent from my work from within my personal Gmail, so due to that, I'm unable to use Nova which is a bummer.
@braunshizzle Thanks for your note, Braunson. We can get you set up it just requires an extra step on our end. There are reasons why we disallow @gmail addresses. Let's connect offline.
@theirishvc Right. As a customer, you provide your own leads and core value prop. Then, Nova does the research on each lead/company, identifies interesting attributes, and renders suggested text in a tone that best fits the recipient. It is then the salesperson's responsibility to quickly review the text (~30s) before sending out.
@williamdinkel@theirishvc sounds very efficient. Tackles the increasing need of personalisation in sales emails with reducing the time required to research the client and decide on the perfect opening compliment/intro. I clearly identify with this solution. Well done!
We're starting to scale up our outbound SDR team right now and this looks like it would be useful to both automate outreach, and track success metrics so we can improve over time. Nice.
The Nova team is doing awesome work. The personalization Nova affords is pretty magical -- marketing and sales emails generated with their product seem truly individualized, as if it knows the people it's writing for.
I'd liken it to how Intercom has made reaching out to your new/existing users more inviting, real excited for them.
We're a happy customer of Nova — we've seen almost double the reply rate of outbound sales emails in a matter of weeks. We love the Salesforce integration, too. Congrats on a great product, @williamdinkel!
