Already putting it to good use! Each of our diabetes health educators have an area of expertise and this lets them block out parts of their outlook calendar just for calls. Big time saver!!! Amazing work guys! One small suggestion - can we select a default country on the phone number field?

Call-back automation is one of Novocall's core tech functions, where we "automate" returned phone calls (call-backs) from people who request or book them. This works by having Novocall call both the schedule owner and the invitee/requester, at a scheduled time, without either of them needing to re-look at the booking details and make manual phone calls.
Real-time qualification is achieved through user-defined questions that can be set as qualification walls before a booking. For example if you're a marketing agency who services only HubSpot clients, and an enquiry wants to ask about other CRMs, the system can present contextual information that direct them elsewhere, instead of a booking. This helps users set public calendars, without having to deal with unqualified requests.

On the second language, I get it on. Its just conditional logic on a form. Do you think the "real-time qualification" language speaks well to sales folks?
