Hi everyone πŸ‘‹, It's been some time since we launched NovoChat β€” a chat solution that allows you to talk to customers via multiple chat apps (WhatsApp, Messenger etc.) in a single dashboard. Today, I'm thrilled to launch our new WhatsApp broadcast feature! πŸŽ‰ One problem (that I think we can all agree on) about using WhatsApp as a marketing or customer engagement platform is its limitations on business functions. Everything is manual. 😩 If you want to chat or follow-up new with leads on WhatsApp, it's super time-consuming because you have to do it individually... πŸ˜₯ So we decided to tackle this problem head on and built WhatsApp broadcast β€” allowing you to send messages to all your contacts in bulk! Here's what you can do with this new feature: - Broadcast messages to existing contacts - Broadcast messages to new contacts (contacts that not in your NovoChat inbox) - Personalize your messages using placeholders - Send message campaigns at a scheduled time That's it! @jing_jie_huang Seems like a great product & would definitely be using it. But I found the pricing tab to be a little confusing. It says $19/user/month & requires minimum 3 users. Which users (end users v/s dashboard users) are we talking about in each context?

Hi, would blasting messages via WhatsApp breaching the terms of use? My number was once banned for blasting messages to thousands of contact with another solution provider

@adrianyeo Depends on the country you are in. I believe broadcasting messages were available in Mexico and Indonesia only but think it has opened up to more countries now. I do think you still have to comply with WhatsApp policies with 24hr window, having opt-in from users and also have a person available to chat in case the use requests it.
