Unique product, quite a few UI issues but managed to finish the intake but was then stuck at the "Thank you for completing your Virtual Neural Scan. Force closing and restarting got me to the main screen.
Suggestion for the part where you need the volume to hear, either do close captions with a reminder to turn up volume or show a spectrum analyzer type of feedback so that we know something is happening.

I downloaded it and tried it. The first test was totally confusing because it would not let me leave spaces between the words and I forgot them while trying to figure out the app. Then it got stuck on the screen for gender identity and would not continue. I'm using iPhone 10.

--> For this part of the test, the instructions are to tap "enter/return" after each word or number you recall. We can definitely consider changing these instructions in the future to make this clearer so users do not try to tap the space bar during the test!
--> Try scrolling down the page where the "Gender" question is asked on the questionnaire. You should see a [Next] button at the bottom which will allow you to proceed.

@richinapps not at the moment! It's only available in Canada and US but we are working on getting it available in other countries!

Congrats on the launch! Downloaded the app, used it. I'm really impressed with the UI.
A few things that left me confused -
-No waiting indicators on several intake screens, I wasn't sure if I needed to close the app and wait, or just leave it open.
-No method to change settings after account setup. (E.g. I chose not to allow access to my Apple Health data, but now wish to change that in-app.)
I plan to use this for a few weeks, the addition of breath-work is amazing, and quickly beats Luminosity or Elevate. (Pure 'brain training' vs true mental health.)
I also enjoyed the subjective sense of time measure, I've never even heard of that. Excited to see where this goes!

I'm looking forward to using it. But when I click the "on demand" page and I choose any of the options, nothing happens. It just shows the message " Daniel Gallucci Coach" and nothing happens.
@ruibarbosa Hi Rui, make sure your volume is on! For certain On Demand activities there is no video to have you focus on your breathing! Let us know if that helps!
