I would like to introduce you to one of our investments, NutriSense, a data-first nutrition company, that combines glucose monitoring with a tracking app and a real-life coach. You take pictures of what you eat and they give you feedback based on your glucose response. They also take into account your exercise, meals, and sleep. I'm a Nutrisense investor but I was a customer first. I personally learned that pasta and rice are the worst things in my diet whereas other carbs like quinoa or even pizza(!!!) are not as bad for me. If you want to lose some weight as fast as possible and learn what food works for you specifically this is a *must try* product. Forget fad diets and generic advice, Nutrisense gauges your own blood sugar in real-time and tells you what foods are hurting you and what foods are helping you plus you get a nutritionist that you can chat with anytime. I recommend that everybody who can afford this should try it at least once to learn more about their diet.
