@anastasiia_veselova Thanks for the kind words! Different communication channels are just different interfaces to access the "brain" of our customer support AI model. We keep the "brain" generic and easily extensible to make it easy to add in new communication channels, such as email, whatsapp, etc.
@julian_renard Yes, Shopify plugin is one of the priority features on our roadmap. However, Shopify users can still easily add the bot even without a plugin.
