Incremental upgrade for the Oculus walled garden

Pros:

Good upgrade in terms of resolution, switch to inside out tracking great for home use but not for location based VR

Cons:

No mention of OpenXR support, weird headphone setup, not a great competitor to the HP Reverb headset
