The world meaningfully changed in the last 4 years. We started working in a very different way..mostly for good. But even happily remote working, nothing beats spending time together. Whether that's to work on strategy, or just hang out. Many teams - my own including, quickly figured out that bringing together people from many different countries in one place was a massive undertaking. I know of companies that have small teams just dedicated to organizing offsites. Offsites are a critical piece of making remote work successful, which is why I'm such a big fan (and investor) of Offsite. Having organized dozens of offsites, Offsite makes it much easier to get together with a group of people. Super excited to see their new launch!

Congrats ! I used to use Breather locally in NYC but it's options aren't great quality. Working directly with hotels can be a pain - this feels like a nice middle ground :) sharing with my team since we're planning a full company offsite in a few months Also as someone who worked on a marketplace for 6+ yrs 0->1, when we FINALLY got to release our vendor portal it was a major major accomplishment to be able to support both personas w product - I know everything else here you list are awesome updates to the customer experience but I wanted to give this a shout out :)

This looks great!! We tried organizing a retreat a while ago but it proved to be too much work and too expensive at the time. Looks like Offsite (great name too) will basically solve this. Hoping to use it later this year!

Congrats on the launch @jared_kleinert and Team Offsite. 🚀 Whether the bosses like it or not, remote working is here to stay for many people. So team retreats are going to be more pervasive. Questions: - Is there a minimum property size to be a host on Offsite? - Any plans to expand outside of the US? :) The listings on Offsite look amazing BTW.
