Show Notes: "How many times have we heard the saying, “It’s just a little white lie, it won’t hurt anyone”? How long can we hide or hold onto secrets before the weight of them get’s too much to bear? The masquerade of keeping up of the facade eventually will break. We often have it that the secret or lie is a safety measure, that it keeps us from harm. However, too many times they are really limiting our effectiveness and taking our power away. This week the Dudes will share some secrets of their own, and discuss where secrets and lies sap us of our energy, focus, and creativity and deliver coaching on how to get into the habit of letting them go, and relating differently to ourselves."
