@kritika_singhania You just connect your calendar and Oliv will automatically join prospect and customer calls, on Google Meet, MS Teams, Zoom and Cisco WebEx.
Freshworks CRM integration is in beta. Once you sign up, please send a chat message through the app or Slack and we’ll share instructions on getting that setup.
This is good for folks to be nudged during sales process, including sales ops team. Would be following the product closely. Seems interesting to manage business operations.
